That website is the only place I know of too and it off by a lot. And yes CTIs still have priority but we do the same process as them. The FAA is trying to consolidate the process of interview, drugtest, phsych test, and FAA medical so people get hired faster. This is the reason for the new way of getting hired by using the job posting technique.
