THALIA
Okay, um, I don’t know what to say

Trial – there’s new evidence, since the incidence with the telekinesis and throwing people, my solicitor forwarded me to a new lawyer

He’s called Mr. Price – he’s from England and he apparently deals with “supernatural” cases. He believes me when I talk about demons – he has ways to make the evidence appear…less enchanting.
THALIA

Thalia can barely move as single tear rolls down her face, her hand pressed weakly against the glass as Ryan’s hand touches from the other side.
CUT TO.
INT – FAITHS APARTMENT - NIGHT
Thalia is sat in the corner, rolled up in a ball, sucking her thumb and hugging her blanket
DAWN
She looks to fetal
ANDREW
Should we poke her with sticks?
FAITH

DAWN

INT – DAWN AND CONNORS BEDROOM – NIGHT
Connor is sat on the end of the bed looking lost as Dawn sits at her dressing table and begins to rifle through her make up bag.
DAWN
You o…I mean, any plans?
CONNOR
No.
DAWN

CONNOR

DAWN
Never mind, so you’re just staying in?
CONNOR

Ivy places two glasses onto the table and slips a movie into the VCR, she places a bottle of wine down on the table and pulls a small brown bottle from her pocket. She drops a single drop into the bottom of one of the glasses and smiles proud.
CUT TO.
INT – FAITHS APARTMENT
FAITH
It’s like the Osbournes in there
ANDREW
Right, except with more attractive people and less of a death threat
THALIA
Just throw stuff at them
FAITH
They’re coming!
Both dash away from the door and sit blatantly posed on the chair.
CONNOR
What is your problem?
DAWN
I don’t have a problem, except you being a complete jerk these past couple of days!
FAITH
Guys you wanna take this elsewhere?
CONNOR
Tell that to the little brat who can’t keep her mouth shut
FAITH
Step back short stack – now I get this whole brooding lost soul gig, I’ve seen it on your father and myself and it suits you the least so whatever it is, get over it and don’t ever talk down to her again
CONNOR
Or what?
FAITH
Or you’ll get a vasectomy the old school way, y’know?
Connor stands to Faith before staring hard at Dawn – she has tears in her eyes as he walks to the door.
CUT TO.
EXT – IVY’S HOUSE – NIGHT
Connor is running up the driveway as Ivy smiles from the window
IVY
I’ve been expecting you…
CONNOR
You have?
IVY
My friend called, she’s had a bit of an upset and won’t be around until later
CONNOR
Damn, I forgot your friend was coming over
IVY
We have plenty of time
CONNOR
I shouldn’t be doing this
IVY

CONNOR

IVY

CONNOR

(We see what Connor doesn’t as Ivy’s eyes cloud over a yellow pale)

No sooner had he refused, than he was kissing her hard against the door way not caring about what the neighbours could see.

INT – FAITHS APARTMENT
Dawn emerges from the bathroom as still holding the phone from calling Ivy, she’s wiping her eyes
DAWN
Sorry about this
THALIA
Don’t sweat it
ANDREW
Yeah we’re your crusaders – we back you up in the face of nasty people
DAWN

(sniff)
Where’s Faith?
THALIA
Gone already
DAWN
Gone where?
THALIA
She followed Connor, like straight after he left
DAWN

EXT – IVY’S HOUSE – NIGHT
Ivy’s door remains open as Faith turns the corner
FAITH
Son of a bitch – literally
(pause)
Where’d he go?
She looks around and spots Ivy stood by the window, peeling her top from her back
FAITH
For more than Faith’s eyes need to see
She continues to walk on down the street, crossing directly in front of Ivy’s door as she does – she spots Connor’s shirt on the step.
FAITH
“Made in Los Angeles…”
Faith continues to examine the shirt as she knows it’s location is not enough evidence.
FAITH
Big, blood stained rip should do the trick
(beat)
And what d’ya know…there one is!
Faith looks forward, into the house where she spots Connor’s shoe on the stair case
FAITH
Nobody else has such poor taste
She slowly creeps up the stairs as she hears sounds coming from the bedroom, she edges to the ajar door and peaks in.
Ivy makes straight on eye contact with her as she has sex with Connor – she smiles at Faith via the mirror and continues, watching her the entire time.
END OF PART THREE
INT – BOSTON PRISON
Ryan is stood at the telephone
RYAN

(listens)

EXT – FAITHS APARTMENT
Faith is stood outside literally beating the crap out of a wall as Thalia comes outside
THALIA

FAITH
It’s a rehearsal
THALIA

FAITH

THALIA
He pissed you off that bad?
FAITH

THALIA

FAITH
