Hey, Steve! the end of ur sonnet made me laugh. but you forgot iambic pentameter and the rhyme scheme. OOPS! oh well. at least u got the 14 lines, right? my favorite lines are: "smelled like the chicken i plucked" *HEHE*, "o joy isn't this fun" (I like the O JOY part), and "pretty soon I can read off senior menus". i think those are the funniest lines. :o) it's not technically a sonnet, but itz a great poem!!!!

>Football camp really sucked
>The locker rooms were gross
>Smelled like the chicken I just plucked
>Or maybe more like some burnt toast
>Running around in the heat of day
>Hot and sweaty, are we done?
>Keep on going they say
>O joy, isn’t this fun?
>Not really, but I’m doing it anyways
>Oh well, life continues
>I’ll come out 10 years older is what they say
>Pretty soon I can read off senior menus
>Hopefully I’ll live a little longer
>And maybe it can make me a little stronger
