You mean as in low speed wobble or loose while sitting still and you can move forks and feel loosenes in them? Or to loose when you push them up and down?
There is no knob, so to speak, but there is a procedure to tighten the steering stem lock nut if you have the low speed wobble. If it is up & down loosness you would probably need new springs & bushings & fluid (shock rebuild) How many miles on XII and info on shock maintance? Depending on exactly what it is doing directs you to what to do to fix it. You can download a manual from either the "Abbikeboard" or AVA web sites. to see what it all looks like. or a parts blow up. Need more info before we can help..
