Subject: Fuel filter pr fuel pump ?

Hello folks. I just had my 1st break down on my 03' Kaw Voyager. Running along and then she started to bog down. I pulled the clutch in and revved her up but let the clutch out and bogged down she went. Then I opened the "choke" and she revved high when shifting but eventually died.

After trying to start her up we got the ether out and moved the carb boot back. Once the ether was injected she would run but stopped shortly there after. We did this a # of times to reassure myself that it was a fuel issue.

The question, is it the pump or fuel filter ?

Motorcycle shops are closed on Mon around here so I'm hoping NAPA can cross ref .

Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Mike
