OK on the resistor. Had wondered about that. Seems. The bullet connection was where the problem was. I pushed it in and it clicked but later I will hard wire it just to be sure. Rode it a 110 miles from Bakersville to Santa Paula cruising 80-85 no overheating no red lights just smooth. Oh it was about 75 degrees here today. Leathers get hot at traffic lights. Lol
