Thank you for additional comments and suggestions....I should have mentioned in my lead off post of this thread that I have progressive shocks in both front and rear..they are not too old, per previous owner when I was in the process of buying the bike....
I'll try to figure out where/what the bushing are from the shop manual and get this info all written down for communication with dealer....They are reasonably competent but they sell and service Kawa, Suzuki and Honda bikes and obviously can't know all details about every bike....
