shivering Sabra stood uncertain before Zeth, flinching slightly as he brought her into a gentle hug. her frame tense to his touch wanting to flee and yet needing the warmth. eyes a bit wide, rain slicked tresses whipping across them in the fridged winds. the rain continuing to stream down her frame, silk plastered to her curves, now see through to a point. her features a bit pale with the fear brought on by the storm, the lingering rumbles of angry muttering still to be heard in the distance thunder. mother nature seeming to know exactly when to pour on the drama, to break down someone's walls. everything having its time in a world full of chaos.
the moments dragging on in his rain soaked embrace helping to calm the turmoil that ran circle through her mind. His warmth getting her through a vulnerable time that could very will have been her end. her frame relaxing slowly melting into his, head coming to rest on his shoulder. arms limp at her side not used to the tender attention he gave her. the ravage and destroy methods of old not appropriate for the situation at hand, causing her to feel at a lose. a hand slowly edging up to rest its feather light weight upon his lower back, motions wary seeming to think that at any moment he would strike out.
the feel of his arms unwrapping from about her slightly startling, she had been so absorbed within the embrace. her glance raising, an uncertain gaze resting upon his own. a pause given and words forming to ask if she had done something wrong, only to die with his gently push towards and through the window into the warmth of his bedroom. shivering form turning with his every move, watching him with a timid quietness that had not been there before. arms hugging about her lean figure, the cold seeping back in with the absence of his warm touch. the heavenly tears that clung to her clothing dripping to gather about her feet, shimmering cheerfully in the lighting of the warm room. ebon tresses cling to her cheeks her appearance quite human and imperfect at the moment.
the shivering having returned and the blanket welcome. his smile doing odd things to her feeling, a hesitate smile of her own given as a response. Thank you... still standing awkwardly near the now closed window watching him not sure of what she was to do next. he having lit afire something she had never felt before and had no clue how to feed, still a child in some ways even as old as she was. guidance needed along with a gentle touch and loving care. their work just beginning along road rough road ahead of him but determination had always been a strong point and will a little help she would ease his pains along with her own.
