The situation at Treacherous Alps was not pleasant and unless it picked up the momentum of foals entering as it had once held, the possibility of permanent erasure would threaten. Why did Fate have to leave -- she was hardly acting as a Lead in the first place. Since when had she known so much compassion to be able to lead an entire territory, however small and insignificant it may be? Since when had she earned herself enough brownie points to have even been up for election. No -- her selection was based on only one thing. Activeness. With a start she realises her pathetic self-pitying and abruptly discontinues the train of thought to stare calmly at the filly.
