What a difference Palmer and the rest of the new management trio have made. OK, so Kilner was the 21'st manager this season to get the push but it was due to long term malaise rather than knee jerk reactions. And it looks to have paid off. I was resigned to being relegatd last year until we had a run of results above and beyond our expectations. 10 games into this season I finally felt that we were wasting a space at this level and deserved to go down to save some embarassment. Now I reckon we may creep up to the lofty heights of mid table respectability for this season; which will be a transformation.

So, of the rest who changed the manager, what's your views on how things will improve?
