Subject: Ugggg......CHERRY EYE!!!

Well, I need some advice from anyone out there who has some....Diesel has CHERRY EYE! I'm looking for a non-surgical treatment. If non-surgical doesnt do it I'd like some advice or info on experiences with tacking or removing the gland....thanks IRene :0(
