Subject: bull mastiff agression

Anyone with bull mastiffs, please respond. I have a 9 month old female who just started showing signs of aggression. I have children at home & I can't help but be concerned. My bull mastiff attacked my female boston terrier whom I've had forever! I have no idea what precipitated this attack, but my children were wittness to it as was I. My husband had to litterally pry her mouth open to free my Boston. Since then she has acted as if nothing happened. I wish I could forget about it so easily! She has also started snapping at me when I try to put her in her pen. I love her so much, and I don't want to get rid of her but I don't know what else to do. Any advice is welcome!
