Help us help Valya. You can win money by entering a photo contest (ages 0-18) and help her to earn money to get to the finals in a pageant. She is trying to raise money to fund her trip to the finals of another State Pageant in May, and if she wins there, she then goes to the International Pageant, in Las Vegas.
Natural photos, only. Glitz or overly-edited photos (other than lighting, red-eye, contrast), will not be accepted.
The first photo entered is $2. Each additional photo is $1. You may enter as many photos as you like. Photos do not need to be professionally done but be creative in your set up, if you are doing it yourself. Look at magazines, etc., to get an idea of fun ways to take photos.
Judging will be done by people in the industry and judged on composition, facial expression, and overall wonderfulness. Anyone can win, boy or girl.
Make payments, via PayPal to road2broadway@yahoo.com, using the PERSONAL TAB, and send as "Payment Owed" and make note of first name and last initial of the contestant, his/her age, and date of birth.
75 percent of the money raised will go to the winners of each age category.1st place receives 50 percent, 2nd place receives 15 percent, 3rd place receives 10 percent. We will post how much we are raising so you can calculate winnings.
Entering many photos will give you a better chance of winning, but you can only win once, for the month. This will run again in March, also.
Contest ends on February 29th. Winners will be announced within 10 days of end of event. Any category with less than three contestants have the choice of being refunded, or carried over to the following month's contest.
Age categories are as follows...
Broadway Babies, ages 0-19 months. Broadway Tots, ages 2-4,
Broadway Hopefuls, ages 3-5
Broadway Kids, age 7-9
Broadway Stars, ages 10-12
Broadway Divas, ages 13-18
Enter your photos by uploading your photos onto the wall, or emailing to road2broadway@yahoo.com.
Photos will NOT be used for any other purpose, other than on this page, we promise.
Photos will be posted on a site that only the people who enter can see the photos, they will not be public (to discourage evil people viewing them).
