We have a new back out policy.......Back outs within 2 weeks of the pageant will have no carry over (they are forfeited) . Please understand we have to purchase gifts, prizes etc based on numbers We will allow deposits to carry over if back out is more than 2 weeks from pageant date but will take a $50 handling fee. Deposits will only be carried over within 1 year, after that time any deposit is forfeited!! Deposits cannot be transferred to NES State Pageants has each state as a different director
