trying to help a couple of Retired Vets that worked at the Bone Yard, D-M AFB, Tucson AZ who were involved in the refitting, storing, scrapping for parts, aircraft that were know to be assigned to Operation Ranch Hand Units. where is all available information as to the residual effects of agent orange and the rest of that shit located in hopes that they can process a VA claim for conditions, mainly cancer, that are associated with residual agent orange. how do they prove it since most of those aircraft have been scrapped for years now, but it is the only way they could have had contact with agent orange without being in Vietnam?

i am a 100% service connected disabled vietnam vet who over the past 30 years tries to help other vets in filing claims with the VA.

most vets, do not know or have never heard of 38CFR and how it can help them in filing claims, especially when they are being treated by civilian health care providers. as you know the wording must be exact as it is stated in 38CFR.
