As to your situation, I would hire a lawyer experienced in licensure issues/administrative law. You can check out the allnurses forum for nurses in this situation and can ask your question there. There is also a search feature where you can find old threads that discuss your situation. Remember, do NOT talk to any investigator for the BON without a lawyer present. They will pretend to be your friend to get you to spill your guts but be assured they are NOT your friend. You are not alone!
