I do.
1. You need to set a date. Most people are in town over the holidays, Thanksgiving is a common time frame.

2. Send out save-the-date cards/emails/advertisement to the members of our class - this can happen in a. mail hard copies to the addresses at the time of graduation, the post office will do the rest. | b. classmates.com | c. newspapers

3. Outdoors would not be my choice as it is contingent on a wide range of factors. If we it were Jamaica by all means outside. A place that does it all might be a better place to go. Get a list of responses and buy a package accordingly.

4. The website is at the bottom of a link of another, might want to post it in the corner of the main page. My mother saves the O'Reilly flyers that come to the house, may want to send a special flyer to the Alumni list with the URL listed.

5. You can also set up a free email account with Yahoo, using classof1993 as the password. This way they can email from where ever and not have to sign in to the O'Reilly site.
