Subject: Medical Bills/Doctor misdiagnosed

I need help paying my medical bills that total $5,000. I am a poor young person (24) who is struggling to make ends meet and getting hounded by these people. This is so depressing. I had to spend a week in the hospital last April, due to Doctor incompetence. I had gall stones and was unable to eat becuase I kept constantly vomiting for almost three weeks when it was all said and done. My doctors kept telling me I had gastritis and heart burn and kept acting as if I was nothing but a whiner. I fianally went to the ER and many complications happened while I was there, since it had been going on for so long. Needless to say , I tried to sue and was told basically because I am not permanently injured (even though I am missing an organ now) or dead I am not worth enough money for a lawyer to take my case. Can't somebody PLEASE HELP ME.
