Hi eveyone, I'm new to this website and frankly looking for answers. I was abstinent from alcohol for 4 yrs. but still struggled with depression and not being able to concentrate or sit still with up's and downs. Going back to drinking to cure my inability to sit still or find and relaxation or peace, I re-started by search for a Dr. to help. I was then dignosed with Bi-Polar and told that many alcoholics are mis-diagnosed because of their inability to sit still. My new meds seemed to work for a while, but still realized that I had to be doing something every minute. Thru difficulties with my son, he was diagnosed ADHD and now I'm looking at this possiblity with myself. Anyone out there with anything to shed light on this subject, please contact me. Thanks
