If anyone can help.
My name is Bo Bedford and my dad was Ret. Col. Pete Bedford. He passed in 1989.
Dad told us stories of north africa and the name Borsodi
was quite familiar to us as kids. Does anyone know of a book that details the Commanche Squadron's activities in north africa and Italy? I've been reading Jeff Shaara's new book, The Rising Tide, but's it's mostly about the ground war and I'd like more information on the air campaign.
