Subject: Identification Of Jacket patch

I have a jacket patch which is square, it has a a falg with a star ion the corner next to the stars and stripes. Below it has the shield of the CBI with what I can only think is chinese writing beside it. Then in the bottom right corner is the AAF winged star.

I do have pictures if anyone can tell me who this may have belonged to
