Subject: ID needed for a wwII patch

Hi
I have an old wwII leather patch ( in bad shape ) I would like to ID. I guess it is an ATC squadron.
Round shape with an blue background( ? ). On top center, a white bird is flying ( stork or crane ) and towing 3 smaller birds.
The big bird is loosing one feather.
On the bottom of the patch, it looks like a mountain scenery with 2 green pine trees on the left side.
I know this is pretty scarse but it is all I have.
