Hi Robert. I looked at the pic but I don't recongise the patch. As the jacket appears to be relatively new repro, I suppose it is possible that the patch is a modern design.

On the other hand I only have info on about 1,500 USAAF squadron patches (out of total of approx. double that if you include the USN and USMC) and it is possible that this design belongs to the other half that I don't have info on.
