Subject: Help needed to ID an insignia

Hello,

I have a photo on an insignia, which is on the windshield of a 1940 Chevy. I believe it to be a Navy insignia. I've had no luck trying to ID it on the web.

Does anyone know where I can look, or where I can send a pic of it in order for someone to help me ID it?
