Hello, I'm sorry to tell you but the 471st BG and it's squadrons had no WW2 era patch/emblem designs ofiicial or unofficial,I;m an artist of leather unit patches and have been researching emblems of the USAAF for over 25 years and none from this Group exist that I have found. You can get the basic information about the group and where it was,missions etc from the USAF Historical reaserch center,Maxwell AFB, Alabama,they can be found on the web.
