Subject: Stretched Jeeps in 326th Med BN, 101st AB, 1973

I entered active duty in 1973 when the Jeep was still in use. My first permanent party assignment was with the 326TH MED BN, 101ST AIRBORNE DIV(AIRASSAULT). Our Ambulance Company was outfitted with "stretch " Jeeps or Front Line Ambulances (FLA's). I am currently assigned as Chief Nurse with the 909TH Forward Surgical Team, Ft Sheridan, IL. Thanks for a great site.
