She was the hottest sister! I loved her voice. She had such a clear and sweet voice. She was way hotter than Rudy, Denise, and Sondra. She was a great character. I hate to see reruns where she is not in them. Vanessa was great!:-)

Did you forget about the period when Vanessa had this weird, ugly, crazy, afro? I think that it was in the 5th season. The one where the season's opening credits where the family dancing to some kind of tropical background and clothes and music. Vanessa looked like SHIT! She looked horrible! Some people actually cringed when she came on. She looked terrible!

Yeah, lots of people thought she really looked horrible with that afro. My mom said it looked like a bird nest and a bird might lay a couple of eggs in her hair. lol, oh and Yes it was season 5 with the tropical backround and Vanessa comes out with that hairdo looking all awful.

I have to say i like denise a lot more. I liked the whole irresponsible girl with big dreams thing, i thought she was very funny and nice

Every writer hates Vanessa because of Tempestt. I know it's a strange name but I detest Mark St. Germain for making her look bad. He shouldn't have gottin' fired for writing Off To See The Wretched. Who agrees with me!
