Ok, so normally i temp at 0630. Today i've been awake off and on since 0400 and i couldn't seem to get comfortable--i was too hot then too cold, so constantly had the comforter off then on. I temped at 0630 and i plummeted 1 ENTIRE degree! Either AF is coming or i'm just really messed up from not sleeping and temperature regulation problems! I am so down and right now can't bear the though of starting cycle 14. I tested negative at 10 DPO and 14 DPO and my AF is due tomorrow. Anyway, any advice would be appreciated, but please be brutally honest. Thanks girls!
