Only had time to post my stats this AM. Got up early - did the AIDS walk in NY today - 10K then more city running around - I probably walked about 8-10 miles total and I am POOPED! Just got out of a nice relaxing bath and am starving and TIRED so I am going to run along soon and eat and sleep.

I'll be able to post more tomorrow!
