根據消委會於八月發表的數字,顯示近年有關收費電視的投訴大增:○四年有一千零十五宗,○五年急升至二千二百一十一宗;今年首七個月,則已達一千六百八十宗,大有機會再創新高!
絕對可以理解,因為,在下也是投訴者之一!
話說那家開台超過十年的收費電視,我一直都是其忠實長期用戶。當初,我但求家中的電視可以有多些頻道選擇,所以它甫一推出服務,我就馬上安裝了,一直沿用至今。
之後,它不斷發展,我也不斷捧場。每逢它新增了甚麼新頻道,我也會第一時間考慮訂購。記得每次訂購新頻道時,對方的服務都十分神速,只須一個電話,新頻道往往在當晚就即時有得睇了!咁好服務,照計冇乜洐n投訴吧!
嘿,原來「加台容易減台難」。當有一日,我想取消已訂購的頻道時,就沒有那麼好服務了!
打電話去?要打釵h次才有人接聽,更試過等等下被掛了線!好不容易有人接聽了,又告訴我,取消頻道要預早一個月通知喎。
一個月後,頻道明明已取消了,但帳單顯示它仍在收錢?打去問,答曰:「係呀,係咁謘A電腦未Update嘛,下個月會退番俾你的了!」你說,能不投訴麼?
