While we're all making announcements (well, I guess Zoe's the only one, but whatever), I have one of my own.
I, too, am leaving CM. There are so many reasons to go, and they've been present for so long that I just cannot stand it anymore. I'm horribly inactive as it is, what with a full-time job and an equally demanding riding schedule. And, for those who don't know me, I'm off to college in two months, which means even less free time and a less predictable online connection.
My departure, however, leaves a few small holes in CM, namely the Mythicals and the Gryphons. Neither Calliope nor Rashkae have been particularly useful as of late in leading their lands, but they have been, they can be and they should be. I am considering several people to play them, and if you are interested, drop me a line at l_sprieser@journalist.com with some of your characters' names and such. If worst comes to worst, I will continue to play them and they only.
The rest of my characters - Alabaster, Tore, Lucinde, Mamberino, Rymkae and Cassiopeia - will all either come to their demise gracefully or be handed out to others to play. Again, if you're interested, drop me a line.
I'm not gone yet - still sticking around to patch up whatever needs patching - but I'm on my way out. Please don't beg me to stay, as I've gotten quite enough of that from certain other CMmers (who shall remain anonymous but know who they are, the wiley rascals). Please trust that I'm making the right decision, both for myself and for CM, and know that you will always have my support.
