::: I start off by doing 10,000 sit-ups, pull-ups, push-ups, squats, jumping jacks, punches, and kicks. i then faze to a remote planet and begin to practice my combination moves. i then spot a mountain raing and say "Hey what a great place to run." i then run 20,000 laps through over and around the mountains. i then say to my self "I need faster air speed." i the fly around the world until i can go around it in no time. I then faze back to earth and charge up to full power to begin my combat training.:::
