Subject: tower protest

The Connell Family is TOTALLY against the distruction of our park, and beleive that the whole lot should be removed

To see this sort of commercial exploitation of a treasured community asset like Oatley Park is hard to comprehend. However it does speak volumes for the arrogance and insensitvity of Hutchison 3G to ride roughshod over genuinely felt community concerns.

I guess they imagine that once the Tower is up, the community will just give up and become resigned to living with it. I hope that won't happen - the aussie fighting spirit is tougher than that!
