I have been wanting to get a DVD recorder for some time now ....but i still haven't got the money. Since it is looking like it is going to be FOREVER before jag is put on DVD, i was wondering if someone could record the last episode for me on DVD and i will pay them for it and shipping. Also, if someone has Dreamteam on DVD...i would like to buy that too. We all know how it is too watch our beloved jag over and over on a tape..and the tape starts to have lines go through the picture because we have worn out the tape. LOL!

Radioshak has it for $179 with a $230 rebate. I just bought one there for $144.
I am trying to figure out how I could make a copy though...

Hey, I got the SANYO brand for my b0day, and trust me, it IS WELL WORTH IT. It is sooo nice. I'd been wanting one for about 7 months, and yes, it was almost $300, but go with namebrand. I think its more trustworthy. I have enjoyed mine so much, and I plan to put all my videotapes to DVD...my dvd recorder can transfer VHS tapes to dvd, and dvd to VHS easily. -- MM, 07:57:36 04/28/05 Thu

thats what I figured - I tend to be a little leery of any of the really cheap brands when it comes to electronics... Many of the name brands are actually made by the cheaper manufacturers, and when it came to VCR's many consumer electronics advisors suggested buy the cheapest VCR. I am using the same theory. Now I have been seeing Sanyo's, Phillips, etc for $179-$185. The added VCR seems to add alot to the pricepoint. earlier seasons on DVD. Those old seasons are also playing on other networks. For example, The West Wing, has released 4 seasons on DVD and is also running on BRAVO. Is there something we can do to speed up the process.
