Subject: Hey, Lucky! We've been told that JAG can't do DVD until their syndication deal ends. We don't know if it's the deal with USA or with Hallmark. Yes, I know Hallmark isn't showing JAG, but they do have a contract. Anyway, it sounds like it won't happen until those end. Of course, it could all be a red herring and it could come out on DVD next year for all I know.
