Subject: 台灣於國共內戰前本土意識強不足為奇, 但四九年後人民中有近半是大陸移居過去的人及其後代. 他們不懂說台語, 但現時竟有不少支持阿扁 (特別是新生代). 在未來四年, 若台灣續由民進黨執政, 其於文教及制度上之影響下, 台灣民眾獨立意識將更強. 到時, 同室操戈, 勢在必行. 只希望在國內經濟發展神速下, 能以銀彈戰術分化台獨勢力.
