Here are a few motorcycle related items in the Houston area.

The first Wednesday of each month the BMOA (British Motorcycle Owners Assn. of Houston) meet at Hickory Hollow BBQ on Heights Blvd (a few blocks south of I-10), at 8:00 PM. This is open to all types of British motorcycles, new and vintage. There are currently about 100 club members.

Every Thursday evening a group of European motorcycle riders meet up at Ming's Diner on Montrose (1/2 block north of Westheimer). People begin arriving at around 7:30 PM. This is a very casual and eclectic group riding Triumphs, Ducatis, Moto Guzzis, BMWs, MZs, and just about every other brand.

In both cases riders of Japanese and American motorcycles are welcome.

The last Wednesday of each month the Honda Sport Touring Club of Houston meet up at the Sports House Ice House in Angleton, TX. The past few months there has been a turnout of over 80 motorcycles. People begin arriving between 7:00 and 8:00 PM. Riders of all brands of bikes are welcome. World class burgers are on the menu.

The BMOA will not have a July meeting as it falls on the 4th - Independence Day.

Regards,
