All Houston area riders are invited to the Conquering Cancer Ride to benefit the American Cancer Society.
Hosted by Phi Theta Kappa District IV

What: A fundraising event with a chance at a $200.00 cash door prize. We also have a night at the Hog Stop Inn in Fredericksburg, TX to give away, along with hundreds of dollars in other prizes to be given out, too!!

When: Saturday, September 21, 2002. Sign-in begins at 9:00 AM. Ride will leave at 10:30 AM SHARP!

Cost: $20.00 per driver; $5.00 per passenger (tax deductible)
Please make checks payable to: American Cancer Society.

Ride will leave from: Houston Community College Stafford Campus, Scarcella Building parking lot 10141 Cash Road,
Stafford, Texas

Other Rides leaving from:
Beaumont, Montagne Center @ Lamar University
and Galveston, Galveston College

Meeting at: San Jacinto State Historical Park Amphitheater La Porte, Texas

A BBQ lunch will be provided at the park along with door prizes and a check presentation to the American Cancer Society.
ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ALLOWED IN THE PARK.

Businesses donating goods are invited to place banners or send representatives to the park on the day of the ride. We will also be publishing an advertisement thanking supporters of this initiative. Thank you in advance for your support of the American Cancer Society and Phi Theta Kappa.
