• Update on me... -- Kelly F, 18:44:08 04/09/03 Wed
  Finally going to see the Chiropractor tomorrow for my sciatica. I'm nervous about the whole bone-cracking thing, but I'm gonna suck it up and go. I'm so hopeful that this will help me! The pain is unbearable sometimes.
  
  I talked to my boss about how hard it is for me to work the schedule that I have right now, and she said she wouldn't be upset at all if I asked my OB to limit my hours per day so that I can still work, just not as much. Makes it easier for me to actually ask the Dr to do it when I go see her in a few weeks.
  
  Picked up my pictures. DS (4) and I went a few weeks ago and got them done together. It's a Father's Day gift for my DH and my dad. DS looks so sweet, and my belly shows just enough to make it obvious that I'm pregnant. Can't wait to show them off! I feel good knowing I did this so I can remember my last pregnancy and the last few months alone with sweet DS. Wish my scanner was working so I could show you all how cute he is!

  The cl-'s got an e-mail saying that even suggestions that someone e-mail you for information on another board should be reported as if the web address for a competeing board had been included in the message. I really need to get back over there and tender a resignation and request that they remove me from all their records so that they are minus me when they try to sell advertising.
  
  A little thing IV is trying to pull, figured I'd pass that tidbit on!!!!that was posted by a CL of one of their boards!!!

  OK, I have 3 boys already, and I got huge with all of them. Now I do not know the sex of this baby. Although I am visably pregnant, and the baby is a big time mover, I am not so big this time around. Normally by now I look not to far from popping, but I must admit, I don't look it this time. I could prolly wear some really baggy clothes, and not look so pregnant, or possibly not at all. Has anyone else experienced this? It started off about right, but now I must say, being average sized isn't normal for me. As weird as it sounds, I don't think I could handle a baby under 8lbs. I have never done that before!!!!

  Well I had my appt yesterday and my doctor thinks that I am having a girl. she is not 100% sure though because this baby was a wiggle worm when they were trying to look. But for now put me with the pink team.
  
  This morning, I went to the bathroom and am bleeding. Almost like the first few days of having your period. So I am alittle scared right now. Hopefully it won't last long but if it continues then I am going to call my doctor this morning.
  
  Hope everyone is having a good day. And please send positive thoughts my way.

  For Valentine's Day this year, dh got me a prenatal massage, but I didn't take him up on it until now. (I wanted to wait until I really needed it!) So since it's starting to get really uncomfortable lugging this belly around, I booked it yesterday. OMG, it was wonderful!!! I want that again for Mother's Day!!!
  
  On the flip side, I woke up last night with a cramp in my calf muscle. OUCH! I actually cried and whimpered, it hurt so bad. Still sore this morning, too, although I'm stretching it when I can and babying it otherwise.
  
  Oh well, I guess it can't all be good, right? Love this spring weather...hope you are all enjoying it too! (BTW-where is everyone from? I'm in PA, near Philadelphia.)

  Had to leave work the other day, cried at work yesterday, and took today off because my butt is on fire!! My job requires a lot of physical effort. I take care of severely mentally retarded adults, so there's lifting, rolling, helping people walk, pushing wheelchairs, etc. Feeling SOOOO sorry for myself today because my OB doesn't seem concerned unless I have contractions, so unlike everyone else, I will probably work until I go into labor! Most ladies at my workplace go out on disability early because they can't handle it. Grrrrr....I need a vacation!
