no lasting wounds of the psychic variety but little Zeke did break his wrist. Being on a remote NC island three hours away from the nearest X-ray facility kinda sucked, but everyone got through it. I was frankly amazed at how well the little guy handled it - especially when I had to inform him that he could not go to the beach and boogie board on the last two days of the trip. I thought he'd freak out, but instead, he sat silent for a few seconds before, sighing and saying, "I guess it's too bad I fell off that ladder, isn't it?" Don't you wish Mel could handle disappointment with that much grace and maturity?
