Before Passover each year, we go on a cleaning frenzy. I don't quite dig out the toothbrush, but every surface in the kitchen is scrubbed, disinfected (the only time of year I do that!), and completely cleared off. I'm glad Passover happens so I have no excuses to put off the Great Clean, but I'm also glad it only happens once a year!
