theres a book called The Next Place.. DT sells it but you may be able to get it in a bookstore.. I dont know..

anyways, its a good book to help deal with death.. DT sent thousands of them to the families with kids in NY after 9/11 ..

sooo maybe look in the stores for a book to help prepare her for the funeral.. and or for dealing with the loss of your neighbor and friend..
