I also find myself lurking a lot, and then going through times that I post a lot.

I am one of the people,though I don't know if I was someone Sherri knew about, that has had someone come onto the PP board and read our posts and it caused big problems for me. I went through some very difficult times because of it and almost was going to completely stop posting. I was talked out of it by another board member and just was very careful about what I posted and made sure whatever I said couldn't be something turned on me. So anything personal goes right out the window. I have felt a bit safer here because noone knows where I am now and I am not so worried. So I would have to say for this reason of personally being affected by anyone being able to read our posts, I would vote for password protection for reading and posting. Of course I guess if someone wants to find me bad enough, then they could just lie and get a password. But I don't think that would happen. I didn't know there were other board members that have had problems also with the same thing as me. Boy, let me tell you it sucks. And I really didn't do anything wrong at all. It had nothing to do with anyone but myself.

I have no problems with this board and I really don't like the way MSN works, except for the ability to read all the posts at once. I don't want to have to open the post to see if I have read them all or not.

I do realize that the chances of us getting new members here is remote, and I wish we could figure out how to overcome that.
