Subject: Yes, meatloaf comes in a box...

I prefer the refrigerated one, I am not sure of the brand. It is very good though. It is about $5-$6 and serves 2-4 people, depending on if you would add sides and all that. It might be Hormel, I am not sure. Other brands have started coming out with the refrigereated pre-cooked meats as well.

I also saw a boxed meatloaf on the clearance rack of the grocery store the other day. It was by Betty Crocker I think. The box said "just add hamburger". It didn't seem to appealing though, so I didn't buy it. Oh, it also came with mashed potatoes I think.

There are so many different dinner bakes, chicken bakes and meals in a box coming out... it's a dream come true for me! One that we really like is a taco bake that comes refrigerated in a box, just add hamburger. You mix the hamburger with salsa and cheese and the layer it in a pan with tortilla chips and put cheese on top and then bake it.... yum! It's more work than most of the boxed foods, but it tastes great.
