But I will help you as much as I can you know that!!

I plan our meals 2 weeks at a time because we get paid ywice per month. I use the loss leaders as much as possible and work from them to create menus. I plan our menus on Sunday afternoon or evening and sometimes I even take all the gorcery ads and go out to Starbucks for a coffee and planning session.

I am not good at posting to this board - could I post to the Backup Board with the recipes or email you??

My menu plan is heavy on chicken and fish because of Dh's heart and weight.

Sunday:
I like to do a larger "roast" meal so that I can depend on the leftovers on Monday - Monday is always so crazy for the kids and DH getting back to work and school.

Usually it is Roast chicken (Recipe coming), Roasted vegetables, Rice pilaf, and biscuits.

Monday:
Leftovers - Hot chicken sandwiches, Mashed potatoes, spinach - Hot pot orast sandwiches - Leftover stew - or BBQ beef sandwiches

Tuesday:
Pasta meal - Spaghetti, Lasagne, or Manicotti - We also like different sauces (recipes Coming)

Wednesday:
Soup and Bread meal - I love soup and so does my family. We do the soup, bread, and cheese meal quite often - also welike soup and sandwiches if we are really hungry. (Soup Recipes Coming)

Thursday:
Ground beef meal - Homemade salisbury steaks are a HUGE hit here :) - Mashed potatoes, broccoli

Friday:
Fish fry or Homemade pizza night - sometimes we do frankfurter roast - the kids think that is so neat :)

Saturday:
Date night! I feed the kids something quick and easy and Dh and i have a date a home. The kids will have macaroni and cheese, spaghetti, or even breakfast for supper, and DH and I have a special meal. I get steaks, shrimp, or a piece of fancy cheese and make all of DH's favorites (within reason) :) I have gotten so good at making steaks that DH even said that mine are better than Outback!!

I will be happy to help you in anyway I can - I am sorry that you are feeling out of control - I understand and HATE that feeling so much!!

I will say that I use my crockpot and bread machine a lot these days with the kids having so much going on with school and church. I am sure that Ginger knows more than me - but between the 4th, 1st, and preschooler I am SWAMPED!

Hugs and Love - I will get the recipes to you after tomorrow!! Angelina
