for most of the times you can just subtract 2 , ignore the first number and you should be able to figure it out

14 would be 4-2 ... so 2 o'clock

16 would be 6-2 ... so 4 o'clock

20 would be 10-2 .... so 8 o'clock

23 would be 3-2 ... you know it's not 1, so 11 o'clock
