I've gone back too a few months ago. I'm finding it really hard to lose weight though. I just don't seem to be able to concentrate on me long enough to eat properly. UG!

So if you want a buddy in the fight agains flab I'm there for you! Today I managed a 30 min fast walk. I'm not measuring distance just time. I have to walk fast for 30min no matter how far I get. It seems to work better this way for me for some reason.

You deserve to take the time for you! Now do something nice for youself will you? Fill up a glass of water and plan out your meals for the week. Then plan out your exercise schedule. You can do this! You've done it before.
