Subject: do you know how to boil eggs??? more...
In reply to: deltim 's message, "I have a craving for deviled eggs... can someone tell me how to make them?" on 19:52:25 04/08/03 Tue

I dont mean that in a rude way either.. I know you dont cook so I dont know how much for directions you need.. the boiling eggs part or just the deviled egg part??

heres what I do..

boil my eggs, peel them.. slice in half longwise.. put yolks into a bowl and whites on a plate.

then i mix in the bowl with the yolks (kind of smush them up first then add this stuff) mayo, a tad bit of mustard, a pinch of salt, a pinch of sugar.

you can add some pepper but i usually dont.. and if you like relish, you can add some of that too.. also, sometimes i put in just a small bit of pickle juice.. not too much or itll be runny.. but enough to put some flavor in it.. yummy

mix it all up, spoon it into the holes of the whites and sprinkle with paprika.

eat em all up before anyone else can!

Ginger
