I actually read about the people Del was talking about above - the docs said that what happened was that before the drugs, they were suicidal but too lethargic to do anything about it. Once they started the meds, they were still suicidal but now were feeling physically good enough to carry through.

I don't know about Paxil itself (I don't think it's approved by the FDA), but I'm pretty sure there are other meds that are safe for bf. Definitely talk to your doc and express all your concerns.
