Subject: Ugg, I've got a rotten headache and I have to go back to the specialist for my stomach...more

I think I might have pulled a muscle in my neck. It started with me in Body Pump class that my neck didn't feel great, so I stopped and went home (class was almost over). That was Tuesday. Yesterday I woke up and felt hungover, although I didn't drink anything but iced tea the night before. By noon yesterday, I felt like I was getting a migraine, so I took an Imitrex and took a 1.5 hour nap. Felt a little better afterwards, but not great. Took a bath last night and soaked my neck. Today I can still feel this migraine-like pain (although not as severe) and I've got this sore muscle right up my neck and the back of my head. So, off to the doctors at 5:00 today.

I'm still having those gallbladder-like attacks after 3 weeks on Nexium (what the specialist put me on and said he thought this would take care of those). Off to see him at 8:00 tomorrow morning.

I know alot of you are going through much worse than me, but I'm feeling bad for myself. On top of everything, Harry's home from school all week for Spring Vacation and it's been cold (low 40s) and rainy all week. After the 80 degree temps last week, we're frozen and staying in. I was hoping to take him to the gym for a break all week, but feeling like this, I don't want to chance it.

Ugggg. I'll update after seeing the doc.

Janet
